Terms of Service

All sales for any prints, products, or digital downloads are final due to the nature of the customization of these items.  No exceptions.  Please refer to your signed contract for any policies regarding copyrights and print rights in respect to digital products.  All prints, products, and digital downloads are subject to South Dakota's sales tax of 6.2%.  A flat rate of $15 is charged for shipping and handling.  Digital downloads are exempt from the shipping charge if purchased separately.  If digital downloads are included in a combined print/product and digital order there will NOT be a discount on the shipping and handling charge.
